Terms and Conditions for LIT Ventures, LLC

1. Introduction:

- By purchasing the S-W-A-S program offered by LIT Ventures, LLC, you explicitly acknowledge the non-refundable nature of the product, given its digital format, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This agreement is effective immediately upon purchase and remains in effect for the duration of your participation in the program.

2. Program Details:

- The S-W-A-S program offers weekly coaching, a full course program, over 50 videos, sales slides, PDFs, documents, scripts, and other resources essential for the success of starting a marketing agency using the GoHighLevel software.

- The initial cost of the program is $497, with a recurring monthly charge of $97 every 30 days for continued access. By agreeing to these terms, you provide explicit consent for these recurring charges and acknowledge that this is a subscription service with monthly fees.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

- All materials provided within the program, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, scripts, and documents, are proprietary to LIT Ventures, LLC. Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited.

- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the program without express written permission from LIT Ventures, LLC.

4. Access Records:

- LIT Ventures, LLC maintains logs of user access and downloads of materials for record-keeping and dispute resolution purposes.

5. Non-refundable Nature:

- Due to the digital nature of the materials and resources provided, all sales are final. Once the resources are accessed or downloaded, they cannot be returned or undone. Before initiating a chargeback, customers are urged to contact our support team for any issues. Most concerns can be resolved directly.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes:

- In the event of a chargeback request by a program participant, this T&C serves as a binding agreement that the participant agreed to at the time of purchase. Any chargebacks or disputes will be contested with this document as evidence of the participant's acknowledgment and agreement.

- Continued access to the program's resources and content will be suspended in the event of a chargeback.

7. Subscription Cancellation and Notifications:

- If you wish to cancel the monthly ongoing subscription, you can email us at support@swasaccelerator.com. A clear pathway for cancellation is provided to reduce potential confusion.

- Customers will receive notifications, such as emails, before any recurring charges to provide them ample time to cancel if they choose.

8. Limitation of Liability:

- LIT Ventures, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the success or outcomes achieved from participating in the S-W-A-S program. Individual results may vary.

- LIT Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the program.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

- These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Las Vegas, Nevada, in the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the program shall first seek resolution through mediation or another agreed-upon method before resorting to legal action in the courts of Las Vegas, Nevada, in the United States.
